Project Management

Although the majority of our work is locally based we have carried out successful projects in London, Portsmouth and Wales. As general contractors we are able to offer a complete project management service, with or without our own tradesmen we will manage your project from start to finish, organising and monitoring all aspects of the work. We will be responsible for the co-ordination required on any contract, for example with Building Control, Statutory Authorities or Clients Specialised Contractors.

Having an experienced and qualified builder within the management team will encourage a more practical approach to the planning of the project. This will result in a more cost effective design, which gives full attention to access and local environment issues and in addition considers actual building costs at an early stage.

Out largest project management role to date was for Woking Leisure who were sponsored by Woking Borough Council to develop the "Planets" entertainment centre in Woking, from the disused old Fine Fare supermarket and now renamed "The big Apple".

This project involved full responsibility for co-ordination of design and construction. The site was particularly complex due to its town centre location and a requirement for phased opening. In addition due to the special design of the fit out a dedicated joinery shop was set up in Bisley to manufacture the unique profiles and features required.
