These 5 spacious 3 bedroom properties are located adjacent to an existing quiet lane. Adequate car parking was provided by maximising the space available with a sympathetic soft and hard landscaping scheme.

The original project was tendered And exceeded the clients budget. BPC were subsequently invited to offer design savings which included timber frame construction and changes to finishes without compromising the high standard required.

Entrance porch canopies were essential to the design with open plan front gardens to enhance the rural setting and cottage style.

The 5 cottages comprising phase 1 were completed ahead of schedule. Phase 2 is planned for up to 6 apartments with associated infrastructure.

High quality white sanitary ware features in the family bathroom and cloakrooms. Two of the houses are slightly bigger and include ensuite bathrooms.

The kitchens are designed to be fully integrated with full height splash back tiling and oak engineered flooring.
