A completely refurbished 2 bedroom circa 1950 detached property standing in own grounds of 1.5 acres. Increased from 1200 to 2200 sq feet with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms,  25ft lounge/ dining room, study, cloakroom and luxury fitted kitchen with family room. Open front feature timber frame garage on new driveway adjacent to paddock.

Little Darband, Pyford, Woking

Architect designed 2200 sq. ft house. Traditional construction with Swedish windows and Oak staircase. Contract Won On Open Tender. Architect. H. Carter R.I.B.A.

The Chines, Bisley, Woking

This property in Bisley replaced a former dwelling that suffered severe subsidence problems. This new 3500 sqft house was built to a high specification with a fully piled foundation system and concrete upper floor.

The contract was won on open tender.

5 bed 2 ensuite concrete floor oak staircase and interior doors. Multimedia cable system. Separate triple garage block and extensive brick boundary walls.

Refurbishment

Little Rockhurst, The Hockering, Woking

Smaller wing of converted victorian mansion of three beds. Complete remodelling of existing house including new feature staircase, kitchen, utility room, ,2 additional bedrooms, 2no new bathrooms and integral garage with driveway works.

SendHill, Send

This refurbishment project created 3 luxury houses and quality property in this very desirable residential area.

The client was Balmoral Properties and the architect R. Hoare RIBA.

Heaters Flats, Guildford Road, Woking

Conversion of upper 3 floors of offices into luxury 1 bed flat on 1 st floor and 2 bed flat on 2nd and 3rd floor.

Cedar Lodge, The Grange Centre, Bookham

The conversion of existing workrooms and a new 2 storey extension to provide bedsits, communal and support facilities for mentally and physically handicapped residents.

The refurbishment of an existing single storey building with an existing staff flat on part first floor. New accommodation provided two large handicraft workshops, a new shop and toilet facilities.

A rear 2 storey extension of traditional construction to provide new kitchen complete wiith 2 beds on 1st floor and remodelling to provide ensuite bathroom.

Single and 2 storey front extension. New pitched roof and tile hanging. New plumbing and heating and electrical systems complete. Client in residence through – out works.

West End, Woking (8 Kings Road)

Phase 1 loft conversion bathroom and 2 beds. Phase 2 kitchen lounge and bedroom extension, conservatory and double garage.

Weston Lodge, Albury, Near Guildford

Kitchen extension and conservatory to grade 2 listed building. Relocation of utility to kitchen and kitchen to utility.

The Ridge, Woking

Remodelling internally to provide new kitchen and extension over existing garage for a new master bedroom and a conservatory.
