Latham Court, High Street, Knaphill

We have carried out a number of our own development projects including this high profile Building of 8 luxury flats on the land previously Occupied by the old Latham DIY shop.

The experience gained from this and many other similar projects provides us with the expertise to carry out a full development package for retained clients.

The Story So Far…

Bisley Property Company Ltd (formerly Latham Builders of Knaphill) is a family owned and run business established in the 1950's and within the current family ownership since 1968.

Originally a Knaphill based builders merchant/D.I.Y, store the company now operates as a general building contractor based in Bisley near Woking Surrey. The principal director Mr S.L.Chinery has an honours degree in Building Construction and Management and spent many years working in site management on major multi-million pound contracts.

Based on this experience the building side of the company was established in 1985 and started on small extension and refurbishment's works and grew ove the years and has now undertaken over a thousand successful contracts within the area including the construction of over thirty domestic houses and
flats.
